Warranty questions on broken brick replacement?
Unfortunately sometimes firebricks will break. The warranty does not cover damage or breakage of bricks. Other components of the appliance will be covered under the Warranty listed in the appliance’s installation manual excluding any damage due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications.
